First off, whoa, sorry I haven’t posted in a while.  The holidays got CRAZY busy and I didn’t even get to finish the Christmas series I started.  Sorry about that.  But with the holidays now coming to a close and the year ending…THIS WEEK (whoa!), it’s time for everyone to start thinking about New Years Resolutions.  Did you know that about 65% of resolutions have to do with weight loss?  That’s staggering!  Is yours health/fitness related?  I know mine is! 

If your resolution is fitness related, I want you to keep reading.  If you want to get into the best shape of your life and improve your health and fitness in ways you never would have thought possible, I want to invite you to join me in my Beachbody Challenge group.  It is a 60-Day Challenge, and it’s the easiest way to achieve your goals.

This has little to do with my usual postings, but I felt like sharing.  Especially since lately people are acting SHOCKED when I say that I am lifting again.  They assume I’m trying to bodybuild. “But…if you’re trying to lose weight, shouldn’t you be doing cardio and only cardio?  Isn’t that what makes you skinny?”  *facepalm* no, dipshits.  Allow me to educate you via a post from my former instructor at NPTI.  (And, in the words of Chalene Johnson via ChaLEAN Extreme: “MUSCLE BURNS FAT!  IT WILL NOT BULK YOU UP, LADIES!”)
